Hotel Reservations

Limited AOTA hotel blocks still available!

Reserving a room in the AOTA room block is an important way to support the Association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible.

To receive AOTA’s discounted rates, room reservations must be made through ConferenceDirect Housing. Individual hotels will not accept reservations at our group rate through any other method.

ConferenceDirect Housing is open Monday–Friday 9:00 am–7:00 pm ET, excluding federal holidays.

HOUSING ALERT – Beware of Housing Pirating Companies

AOTA has approved ConferenceDirect Housing to coordinate all hotel reservation requests for AOTA INSPIRE 2024.  If you are contacted by any housing company other than ConferenceDirect Housing, recognize that they are not endorsed by AOTA and, despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates.

AOTA Housing does not initiate calls to sell sleeping rooms and under no circumstances is a full non-refundable payment at time of reservation required.

Please look for the ConferenceDirect Official Housing Provider logo on the housing website to make sure you are on the correct website to book your hotel reservations.

Minimum Night Stay

The following hotels have a 3-night minimum stay. You must include Wednesday or Thursday night in your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by calling or emailing the official housing bureau for AOTA. To cancel, call 877-510-4789 or email aota@conferencedirect.com.

Please contact the hotel directly to cancel. AOTA’s housing bureau will charge a $60 cancellation fee for cancellations made at anytime.

All reservations require a deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax. This may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as March 1, 2024. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for refund of your one night’s room and tax deposit. A cancellation fee will still apply.

Room rates do not include tax, which is currently 12.5% per night (subject to change without notice).

Remember, ConferenceDirect Housing is the only housing bureau for the 2024 AOTA Annual Conference & Expo.

“Sharing years of work and research on the topic of sensory and behavior, and using OTs holistic background, we delve into why individuals behave as they do, working with them to understand their needs and meet them.
