Room Monitors at AOTA INSPIRE

Room Monitors

Help educational sessions run smoothly by: 

  • checking attendee badges and taking head counts. 
  • ensuring at least two monitors are present per session room.

Practitioners Only: You have the option to purchase contact hours for monitored sessions if not registered for that day—3-hour increments at $25 (members) or $50 (non-members).

Information & Hospitality Booth: People Power


Be a friendly resource for attendees by:

  • answering questions and sharing information about the conference, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
  • assisting the People Power team in coordinating onsite volunteers.

This role is ideal for outgoing individuals familiar with Anaheim who love to help and connect with others.

Registration Area

Help attendees move efficiently through the registration area and set a welcoming and warm tone for AOTA INSPIRE 2026 by: 

  • directing attendees to open kiosks at the Express Pass Stations. 
  • assisting with badge printing and distributing conference bags. 
  • keeping supply bins stocked and guiding attendees to correct lines. 
  • answering general questions.

AOTA Experience and Store

Bring energy to AOTA’s interactive booths and retail spaces in the Expo Hall by: 

  • bagging attendee purchases, helping with merchandise displays, and assisting with product questions. 
  • answering attendee questions about locations around the expo hall.
  • helping attendees with interactive features like the giveaway and the inspiration wall.

  • A cell phone is required to receive text message reminders and schedule updates.  
  • Volunteering does not include free or discounted admission to educational or general sessions, nor a reduced registration rate for AOTA INSPIRE | 2026 Annual Conference & Expo. 
  • Volunteers who wish to attend educational sessions as participants must register for AOTA INSPIRE 2026.
