Available Reception Times

Receptions cannot conflict with AOTA INSPIRE educational sessions. Receptions and events can be held during these windows:

Thursday, April 8, 2027: 6:30 pm or later
Friday, April 9, 2027: 6:00 pm or later
Saturday, April 10, 2027: 6:30 pm or later

Reception Costs

$500 administrative fee to be paid to AOTA.
Your group covers all food, beverages, and incidental costs.
Plan ahead using the Westin Seaport catering menu.

Location & Approval

All alumni receptions are held at the Westin Boston Seaport District, the INSPIRE 2027 headquarters hotel, or at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.
AOTA approval is required before the hotel can confirm your booking. The contract and payment for the administrative fee must be completed within 10 business days. Otherwise, your room will be released to the next group in line.
Your contact information will be shared with the hotel for coordination once the administrative fee has been completed.

Appear in the Conference App

Approved receptions at the Westin or Omni will automatically appear in the INSPIRE 2027 Conference App.
Hosting offsite? Email sales@aota.org if you would like to add your reception into the app for a $500 advertising fee.
